Boatcare offers a subscription model for boat owners and for service providers. Subscription terms, billing frequency, and features are as described on our Platform and pricing pages. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees and to any specific terms shown at the time of purchase. Payments are processed securely via our payment provider (e.g. Stripe).
Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel. You can manage your subscription and payment method, and cancel, via the billing portal we provide (e.g. from your account or billing page). You are responsible for keeping your payment details up to date.
Refunds, Cancellations & Support
If you have any doubts about your subscription, wish to request a refund, or need support with your account, please contact us by email. We will handle your request in line with our refund and cancellation policy.
